为什么号码库为空？ 内置 v0 包只包含地区目录。正式号码需经来源核验后通过签名资源包发布。
Why is the directory empty? The bundled v0 package contains only the region catalog. Official numbers are added only after source verification and signed publication.
为什么个人号码没有立即出现在另一台设备？ 请确认两台设备登录同一 iCloud 账号并允许本 App 使用 iCloud。同步由 iOS 调度，离线或系统限制可能造成延迟。
Why didn’t a personal number appear immediately on another device? Confirm both devices use the same iCloud account and allow iCloud access for this app. iOS schedules synchronization, and offline or restricted states can delay it.
